Our shop is number 578 in the New Jawahar Nagar Market. It’s a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but once you find Heat 7 Restaurant, we are quite close by. We’ve been here in Jalandhar for quite some time now. The shop is small, and sometimes it feels a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to plan a holiday. We have a lot of calendars and maps pinned up on the walls. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s just where we work. We handle a lot of international travel, which means we are often dealing with different time zones and a lot of complicated forms. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to someone on the other side of the world. The market is a great place to be because there is always energy around us. We see the same delivery guys and other shopkeepers every day. It feels like a small community. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have learned how to navigate the travel industry over the years. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to refill the stapler or losing a pen, but we always get the important stuff right. People come to us because we are local and we are here every day. It’s just a regular job that we try to do well. We don't have fancy decorations, just the essentials to get through the day.
