You can find us at Shop No 10, right on Kapurthala Road. We are across from Dronas Garden in the Mashiana Market area of Jalandhar. It is a combined setup where we do travel stuff and some telecom work as well. Most days involve helping people with their travel plans while also handling phone-related things that come up. It’s a small shop, but it stays busy because of where we are situated. The market around us is usually buzzing with people going about their business. We aren't a big company with fancy uniforms or anything like that. It’s just a regular local shop where we try to be useful to the people in the neighborhood. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phone rings off the hook, but we just manage it as it comes. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Kapurthala Road over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in the same spot. People know they can just drop in if they are passing by. We handle a lot of different small tasks throughout the day. It’s a bit of a mix, really. One minute we are talking about a bus ticket and the next it’s something to do with a mobile connection. It keeps things interesting for us. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just our sign out front and the work we do every day. It’s a bit cluttered inside with all the gadgets and travel pamphlets, but it works for us.
