Sejal Travels

We are situated at number 4 in Central Town, Jalandhar. Our office is right there in the Gurudwara Diwan Asthan Market. It’s a nice part of town, maybe a little quieter than the main chowks but still gets a good amount of foot traffic. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from local trips to things further away. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who know the ropes. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own neighborhood. The market has a good feel to it, and we get along well with the other shop owners nearby. Most of our work is just sitting at the computer and making sure bookings are correct. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular room with some desks and maps on the wall. We try to be honest with people about what’s available. If a train is full or a flight is too expensive, we just say it like it is. There’s no point in sugarcoating things for our neighbors. We’ve built up a decent rhythm over the months and years. People in Central Town know where we are if they need help getting out of town for a bit. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the local community here. It might not be the most glamorous work, but it feels right to be doing something practical for the people living nearby.
