We are over at Shop No-269 in the Adarsh Nagar Market. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but we’ve been in this particular spot for quite some time. Sehgal Toys Agencies is basically just a big room filled with boxes and items stacked up on metal shelves. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we have our own system that makes sense to us. We handle a lot of different toys, and sometimes the boxes get a bit battered during shipping, but the things inside are always fine. The market gets very busy in the afternoons, and the noise from the other shops and the shoppers can be quite loud. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep us company while we work. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a specific item or to check on an order they placed. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people usually just come by or give us a call on the landline. It’s a very old-school way of running an agency, but it’s what we know. We’ve got a small desk near the front where we do all the billing. Most of the time, we’re just moving things from the back to the front or checking off lists of what we’ve sold that day. It keeps us on our feet and keeps the day moving along quickly.
