If you walk through Mota Singh Nagar Market, you will find us at Shop No-800. It is a simple place, mostly just a spot for us to manage the bus routes and talk to passengers. Jalandhar City is where we started and where we still operate. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. Instead, it is a small shop that smells a bit like tea and old paper. The market is always loud, which we have gotten used to over the years. Our buses go out and come back, and we sit here making sure things stay on time as much as possible. Sometimes there is traffic or a mechanical issue, because that is just the reality of running a bus service. We don't pretend everything is perfect all the time. We just try to get people where they need to go. If you need a seat or want to know the timing for a specific route, you can just walk in and ask. There is usually someone behind the counter even if they are busy on the phone. We have known many of our regular passengers for years. It is a basic business, nothing flashy about it. We keep our logs in big registers and try to keep the chairs clean for anyone waiting. It is just honest work in a busy part of town.
