You can find Sai Kripa Tour And Travels on the fourth floor of the Grand Mall. We are in unit 412 B. The mall is on GT Road, right by BMC Chowk in Jalandhar City. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is busy or broken, but we have a nice view of the city from our window. Most of our work involves planning tours for families. A lot of people come in wanting to visit shrines or take a holiday in the mountains when it gets too hot here. Since we are in Jalandhar 144001, we get a lot of locals who prefer talking face-to-face rather than booking things on a phone. I started this business with just one old computer and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more chairs and a better desk. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about finding a good hotel and a decent car for the trip. Sometimes the mall gets very crowded on weekends with shoppers, so we stay pretty busy. I like being at the BMC Chowk area because it is the heart of the city and everything is close. My cousin works with me and we take turns handling the walk-ins and the phone calls. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the phone and try to be helpful to whoever calls. It’s a simple life and we keep everything in a big ledger.
