Our office is inside Prime Tower on GT Road. It is a very easy place to find since we are so close to the Jalandhar bus stand. The whole area is usually packed with people and vehicles, so it stays quite loud throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this building for a while. Inside the office, it’s just me and a few others handling the travel files. We do a lot of international bookings, especially for students in the city who are looking to study abroad. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is correct. The tower has a lot of other businesses, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallway. We don't have a big fancy lobby. We just have some plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes I stay late to finish up the bookings when the internet has been acting up during the day. I tend to drink a lot of coffee while I’m working through the pile of passports. We don't use any slick language to get people in. Most folks come here because they saw our sign or someone they know told them about us. It is just a regular local business. We keep our heads down and get the tickets booked. Some days are very quiet and other days we barely have time to eat lunch.
