Our office is located at Shop No-41-42, right on the main G T Road in Jalandhar. We are tucked behind Hotel Residency in the Central Market area. Being on G T Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. It’s a pretty large market and we have a decent-sized space with two shop numbers joined together. We spend our time managing travel services for local residents and people passing through. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure everyone gets their tickets and timings right. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our office looks like a place where people actually work, with papers and calendars everywhere. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen the market change quite a bit. It’s a practical business. People come in, tell us where they need to go, and we see what we can find for them. We don't have fancy brochures for everything, mostly just what we can find on our screens. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when the phones start ringing all at once, but we just take it one call at a time. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We’re just local people helping other local people with their plans. No more, no less. It works for us and for the people who come to see us. We’ve got a good routine going here and we just stick to what we know best.
