You can find Puri Tour & Travels at Arora Prime Tower on GT Road. We’re in the lower ground floor, shop number six. Being on the GT Road means there is always a lot of movement outside. We see the buses and trucks going by all day. Our office is simple. We have a couple of computers and some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices. It’s not a large place, but it works for us. We've been in Jalandhar City for a long time. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or folks who work in the nearby shops. We handle a lot of different things, like car rentals or booking train tickets when the online system gets confusing for people. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink at the wrong time, but we manage. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the travel business. We talk to people plainly and try to find what fits their budget. No one likes spending too much, and we get that. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, but the travel business stays pretty much the same at its heart. People want to go somewhere, and we help them get there.
