If you look for Prakash Agro Farm, you’ll find us on the 1st Floor, right above the HDFC Bank in Adampur. Being in the District Jalandhar area, specifically Adampur, means we are right where a lot of the local activity is. The office is easy to find because everyone knows where the bank is. Walking up those stairs every morning is just part of the routine now. It is a bit of a climb but it keeps us moving. The space itself is functional. We have windows that look out over the street below and you can see people coming and going from the bank all day. It gets a bit noisy during market hours but we don't mind. We deal with a lot of agro-related stuff, so there is usually a lot of talk about weather and crops. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the schedule. The staff here are mostly local people from around Adampur. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It feels more like a small family business where everyone knows what needs to be done without being told. We drink a lot of tea and talk to whoever walks in. It is a simple setup for a simple business. We like it on the first floor because it gives us a bit of a view but keeps us close to the street.
