We are Pioneer Agencies, and you’ll find our office at No. 128 in the New Grain Market. If you’ve ever been to the grain market, you know how chaotic it can be, especially during the harvest months. There are tractors everywhere and the air is full of dust and the smell of fresh grain. We’ve been based here for quite a while, and we’ve seen the market change over the years. Our space is right in the middle of all that action. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like being where the trade happens. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling orders and talking to people on the phone. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a small area where visitors can sit for a minute. We know most of the other traders in the market, so there’s always someone stopping by for a chat or a cup of tea. It’s a straightforward kind of life. We don’t do any big promotions. Most of our business comes from the relationships we’ve built up over time right here in the market. Some days are slow, and other days we barely have time to eat lunch, but that’s just the nature of working in the grain market. We just keep showing up and doing our part. That is really all there is to it.
