Ozzy Travels

Started Ozzy Travels a while back. We are on the second floor of the Alfa Estate Building. It’s right on GT Road here in Jalandhar. Most people know the spot because it’s just opposite the main bus stand. It gets pretty loud outside with all the buses honking, but we stay busy inside. Usually, someone is dropping by to ask about bus timings or flights. We sit here most of the day handling bookings. The office isn't fancy or anything, just a desk, some chairs, and a computer that sometimes acts up. People stop in after getting off a bus or before they catch one. Jalandhar is a busy place and being right across from the bus stand means there is always someone walking in. We try to get things sorted out as they come. Sometimes it’s a family going on a trip, other times it is just one person heading out for work. We have been in this building for some time now. You just have to walk up to the second floor. It's room 304. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure the paperwork gets done. The building itself is a bit older, so the stairs can be a bit steep when you are coming up. Sometimes we hear the conductors shouting from our window. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for tea. We just book the seats and print the papers. It’s a living.
