Nirwair Tour And Travel is based at House No. R-59 in Amrik Nagar, which is in the industrial part of Jalandhar. Since we are in a house, it’s not your typical storefront. It feels much more like a personal, local business. We have a front room that we’ve converted into our office. It has our desks, some chairs for visitors, and all the files we need for our tour bookings. Amrik Nagar is a hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in. We’ve been operating from here for a while, and most of our customers are from the surrounding area. We handle everything from local tours to longer trips. It’s a lot of organizing and double-checking details. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit to get back to our computers, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't interested in being a big, fancy company. We just like helping people get to where they need to go. We have our own way of doing things, and it seems to work for us and our customers. There’s usually some tea on the go, and we don't mind spending a bit of extra time just chatting with people. It’s a simple setup and we don't have any corporate polish.
