If you head down Mall Road in Jalandhar City, you will find Gill Hospital. That is where Nageen is based. The 144001 area is always on the move. Mall Road is probably one of the busiest streets you can find around here. There is always something going on outside the windows, whether it is a new shop opening up or just the usual rush of people heading to work. Being inside a hospital means there is a certain kind of energy. It never really goes quiet. I have been coming to this building for a long time now. The walls are painted a simple off-white and the floors have that worn look from years of people walking back and forth. Nageen operates out of this space without much fuss. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. It is just us doing our jobs. Some days the lobby is packed and other days it is just a trickle of people. We take things as they come. The address is easy to remember since everyone knows Mall Road. We don’t really need to give directions much. I spend a lot of my time checking schedules and talking to the people who walk through the doors. It is a very human place to work. You see all sorts of life here. We just try to stay organized and keep the day moving along as smoothly as possible even when it's chaotic.
