Our shop is right on the Main Bazar road in Bilga, which is in the Jalandhar district of Punjab. It’s a classic small-town market street. Rajan Gupta and the rest of us run the place. If you come by, you’ll likely see Rajan’s father, Rajinder Aggarwal, or some of the other family members around too. It’s very much a local family-run setup. We provide engineering and technology services to the people here in the district. The shop is usually full of various tools and parts that we use for our service calls. Being in the Main Bazar means there is always something going on outside, from farmers bringing in their goods to people just doing their daily shopping. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up, but that’s just part of life in rural Punjab. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing where we are. We spend a lot of our time out on service calls, driving around Jalandhar to fix things or set up new tech. When we are in the shop, we’re mostly just catching up on paperwork or cleaning the tools. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know most of the people in the bazar. It’s a good community to be a part of, and we just do our bit.
