Our office is in Civil Lines, which is a fairly quiet part of Jalandhar compared to the main markets. We are situated near the New Court President Colony. A lot of people come to us because they want to move abroad or just take a vacation. It is a lot of paperwork, to be honest. I started this business because I saw how many people were struggling with all the different forms and rules. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us sitting here. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. The area near the courts is always active, so there is usually something happening outside our window. We don't use any of those polished marketing slogans you see elsewhere. We just talk like normal people. If a visa gets delayed, we tell you it is delayed. We don't try to sugarcoat things. Most of our customers come from the nearby colonies or are folks who work at the courts. It is a very local kind of operation. Sometimes we run out of tea when we have too many guests, but we manage. We’ve been in Jalandhar for a long time and we know how things work here. If you need help with a passport or a plane ticket, we are usually around from morning until the evening. We just do the work that needs doing every day.
