Our place is located right in the heart of Jalandhar City at Jyoti Chowk. We are directly opposite Dubai Jewellers, so it’s a very easy spot to find if you know the area. Jyoti Chowk is always loud and full of energy, which we kind of like. We’ve been operating from here for a long time, focusing on travel arrangements for whoever stops by. It’s a simple operation, nothing flashy. We spend our days checking routes and prices for people. Some days are busier than others, especially when everyone seems to want to go somewhere at the exact same time. We don’t use any complex systems, just our experience and the tools we have in the office. It’s a local business through and through. We know many of the shopkeepers around here since we’ve been neighbors for so long. When you come in, it’s just us sitting there ready to talk about where you’re heading. We don’t have any big speeches or sales pitches. We just look at what you need and tell you what can be done. The office might feel a bit small when there are a few people waiting, but we make it work somehow. It’s a practical way to run things. We just keep everything moving and try to stay organized amidst all the chaos of the city center. We are just a small team trying to keep up with the pace of Jalandhar and the needs of our regular customers who visit us.
