You can find Knowledge Icon on the fourth floor of the PPR Mall, specifically at SCO 1-12 on Mithapur Road in Jalandhar 144003. Being in a mall is a bit strange for an educational place, but it works for us. We are part of the Dream Weavers Group, though we mostly just focus on our own students here in Model Town. The fourth floor can be a bit of a hike if the elevator is acting up, which happens more often than we would like. Our space is filled with computers and desks where people sit for hours trying to learn new skills. Jalandhar is a place where everyone wants to move forward, and we see that ambition every day. The mall noise doesn't really reach us up here, so it is actually quite quiet for studying. We have a lot of young people coming in who are nervous about their future. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don't wear suits or act like big bosses. We are just here to help people get through their modules. Sometimes we all go down to the food court for a break when things get too stressful. The office has a lot of windows, so we get a good view of the city, which is nice when the sun starts to set. It’s a busy spot but we like the energy. It keeps us on our toes every day and keeps things interesting.
