We are located at SCF-103 in Phase 1 of Urban Estate. This part of Jalandhar is usually pretty quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice for us. The building itself is a standard shop-cum-flat structure that you see all over this area. We have been here for a bit and have gotten to know the nearby shop owners and the people living in the estate. It is a very residential feel around here, though the commercial blocks like ours stay active during business hours. The address is 144002 if you are looking at a map. There is usually enough room for people to park their scooters or cars out front, which isn't always the case in the busier parts of town. The interior of the office is just set up for daily work, nothing too formal or over the top. We spend most of our time here just handling the usual tasks that come up. It’s a decent spot to be in, and being in Phase 1 makes it convenient for folks living nearby to drop in. The seasons change the vibe of the street quite a bit, but inside we just keep things moving along. It is a very typical Jalandhar neighborhood spot where everyone just goes about their day-to-day business. Even when the power flickers or the internet goes slow, we just find something else to do until it comes back.
