If you are looking for us, you have to head to Nakodar Road and look for the Ghai Timber Store. We are located right above them on the first floor at WG 419. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you can often smell the fresh-cut wood coming from the shop below. Jalandhar City is a crowded place, but being on the first floor makes things a little bit quieter for us. We handle all kinds of travel arrangements from this small office. It’s mostly just me and a family member working the desks. We have a big ledger where we write things down because I still like having a physical record of the bookings. The room is filled with folders and stacks of travel brochures that have been there for a while. We don't have a big staff or a polished corporate look. It’s just a plain room where we get the work done. I spend a lot of time looking out the window at the traffic on Nakodar Road when I’m on the phone. People from the nearby streets usually come to us when they need a bus ticket or help with a trip to see relatives. We don't use any fancy slogans or marketing tricks. We just open the office and see who needs help that day. It’s a steady routine that suits us just fine.
