Our office is situated on G T Road in Jalandhar, very close to the main bus stand. It’s a prime spot for a transport company because everything is moving right outside our doorstep. We’ve been here for quite some time now, dealing with the logistics of moving things and people from one place to another. The area is always crowded and noisy, but we are used to it. Our setup is quite functional. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of logbooks. It’s not a place that was designed by an architect; it’s just a workspace that grew over time as we needed more room for papers. We handle a lot of the day-to-day coordination that comes with transport work. This means a lot of talking to drivers and checking on schedules. It’s a job that never really stops since the road is always open. We don't have any grand mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on making sure that whatever is supposed to be moving actually moves. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a delay, and we just deal with it as best as we can. It’s a very practical environment. Most people who come to us are just looking for a reliable way to get their goods or themselves to a different city. We just give them the facts and get on with the work. It's how we've always done things here near the bus stand.
