Golden India Surgical

Golden India Surgical is tucked away at E- 46 in the Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of town with lots of manufacturing and warehouses all around us. Our place is basically a big workspace filled with surgical instruments and supplies. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for the decor, as it’s very much a working warehouse. We have rows of shelves and plenty of packaging tape lying around. Most of our day is spent sorting through orders and making sure the right items go into the right boxes. It can get pretty warm in the summer since the building is older, but we have some fans that help a bit. The people working here have been around for a long time. We know the delivery drivers by name, and we usually have a quick chat while they load up the trucks. There’s always a bit of dust because of the industrial setting, but we try to keep the products clean and ready. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy office. It’s just a group of people making sure medical tools get where they need to be. We drink a lot of chai and keep an eye on the clock. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time and it fits what we need perfectly. It is just a normal life.
