Down here by the Octroi Post in Basti Sheikh, we’ve got our shop set up. It’s a bit of a mix because we handle both regular tools and surgical items. It sounds like an odd combination to some, but it works for us. The space is filled with all sorts of inventory. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, and it has its quirks, like that one door that always sticks in the humidity. Most of our day is spent checking through stock or talking to folks who come in looking for something specific. Since we are right in Basti Sheikh, we see a lot of familiar faces. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly polished. We have stacks of boxes and paperwork that seems to grow on its own. We just try to keep things moving. The air around the Octroi Post can get pretty busy with traffic, so there is always a bit of a hum outside. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us moving stuff around or the phone ringing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the orders are right. Sometimes we lose a pen or forget where we put the tape, but the important work gets done. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep at it.
