Our office is located at 25/26 Nehru Garden Road, right in the middle of Modern Market. If you are coming from Shastri Nagar Chowk, you will see us pretty quickly. Jalandhar City is always moving, and our spot on this road is no different. We handle tours and travel stuff for local people who need to get from one place to another. It isn't a massive operation, just a regular shop where we keep track of bookings and schedules. The desks are a bit old and there is always a stack of notebooks lying around somewhere. We have been at this for some time. Dealing with travel means things change fast, so we spend most of the day checking prices or confirming bus and train times. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help you get your tickets sorted. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a rush, but we manage. People come in from the market nearby, maybe after doing their shopping, to ask about trip costs. It is a practical kind of business. We know the area well and we know the routes. Being near the chowk makes it convenient for everyone. We are just local people doing a job for our neighbors in Jalandhar. It is nothing fancy, just work we do every day.
