Funtime Holidays

Funtime Holidays is located over in Civil Lines, right near Patel Hospital. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part. We've been at this spot, ES 31 A, for some time now. When we first opened, we weren't really sure how things would go, but people keep coming back. We mostly help families plan their time off. It’s just a small office with a few chairs and a lot of paperwork piled up. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the bookings right. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit, which can be annoying when a customer is sitting right there. But usually, it’s fine. We know the Jalandhar area well since we grew up around here. Being near the hospital means people use us as a landmark sometimes. We stay open pretty late if someone needs to finish their tickets. It’s just us here, making sure people get where they’re going without too much trouble. We don't use big words or fancy promises. If a flight is delayed, we tell you. If a hotel looks bad, we say so. It’s just how we do things. Most of our days are spent looking at screens and talking to people about their summer breaks or winter trips. It feels good when someone comes back and tells us they had a decent time. We just want to make the process easy.
