We’ve been here at Sahota Complex for a while now, up on the first floor in shop 209. If you know Jawahar Nagar, we are right across from Hotel Residency. It’s a busy spot in Jalandhar but easy enough to find. We mostly just help people figure out their trips and holidays without making it too complicated. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but that’s just how it goes when you are busy planning. It is just a few of us working here. We don't have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby, just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about where they want to go next. Most people around here know where Sahota Complex is, so finding us isn't usually an issue. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone wants to travel, we look at the dates and see what fits. It is nothing too formal. Jalandhar is a place where people talk to each other, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to folks who walk in. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. We just keep doing our thing, helping with tickets and plans. It is a regular job for us and we like being part of the local scene here.
