You can find our shop at number 4 on Model Town Road in Jalandhar. We are situated directly opposite the Preet Guest House. It’s a pretty busy road, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. I’ve been running this travel business for quite a few years now. The office isn't very big, but it has everything we need to handle bookings and travel inquiries. We don't bother with expensive decorations or anything polished. It’s just a couple of desks, some chairs, and a calendar that I use to mark down important dates. A lot of our business comes from people staying at the guest house across the street or locals who live in the Model Town area. We handle a lot of local travel and some bigger trips too. It’s mostly about sitting down with people and looking at what’s available on the computer. I try to keep the place tidy, but with all the tickets and forms, it can get a bit cluttered. We don't use any special language to sell our services. People just know us and they come in when they need something. Sometimes the street noise makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we manage. It’s a simple, local operation. We open up every morning and we stay until the evening traffic starts to thin out. It’s just regular work for us.
