Chowdhry & Company

Chowdhry & Company is sitting right at O/1 in the Industrial Area. It’s a place where you can tell work is getting done just by looking at the walls. They are a bit stained from years of activity, and the floor has seen better days. We don't spend money on making the place look like a showroom because that isn't the point of being here. The industrial area is full of the sounds of heavy vehicles and the smell of metal and oil. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way for the most part. Every morning, we open up the big gates and start the day’s work. There’s no big hierarchy here; even the owners are usually seen with their sleeves rolled up helping out on the floor. It’s a lot of physical work, moving parts around and making sure the equipment is running. Sometimes it gets frustrating when a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed, but we just figure it out. We don’t have a website with a bunch of promises on it. People find us because they know where we are located. The O/1 address has been our home for a long time. It’s a gritty place, but it’s honest. We take our breaks sitting on crates and talking about whatever is happening in the news. There is a lot of history in this shed, even if it just looks like an old building.
