British Air Travels

If you head over toward the Bus Stand in Jalandhar, you will find us at British Air Travels. We are on the first floor of the Bedi Paradise building, specifically in suite 105. It’s right across from Hotel Residency, so that’s a good landmark if you’re driving around looking for the place. Being near the bus stand means it is always noisy and there are always people moving about outside. We actually like the energy of the area. Our office isn’t huge, but it has enough space for us to do our bookings and talk to customers. There are always a few calendars on the wall and piles of brochures on the table. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from the computer to say hello. We deal with flights and travel plans all day long. It can be a bit stressful when systems go down or flights get delayed, but we just handle it as it comes. We’ve been in Jalandhar for quite a while now. Most of the people who come to see us are just regular folks looking to visit family or go on a trip. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a small travel office run by people who live right here in the city. We keep the kettle going for tea and just focus on the day's tasks.
