We are located at Shop No-1 in the Dub Complex on Police Line Road. It’s a very convenient spot if you’re heading toward the Passport Office here in Jalandhar. Since we are so close to where people get their travel documents, we end up helping a lot of folks who are planning their first big trip abroad. Our shop isn't very large, but it’s right on the ground floor so it’s easy to step inside. We handle all sorts of travel bookings, from local taxis to international flights. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different requirements, but we’ve been doing it for a while. The Police Line Road area is usually quite busy, especially with the government offices nearby. We get a mix of people—some are in a big hurry and others want to sit and talk for an hour about their plans. We try to accommodate everyone. There’s no corporate script here; we just talk to you like a neighbor. The office is full of brochures and maps, though most things are digital now. We still like having the physical copies around. If you’re waiting on something at the passport office, you can walk over and see us. We’re just regular people working in a busy part of the city, trying to make sure your travel goes as smoothly as it can. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing, but we like it.
