Azad Surgical Works

We are located in Bhargav Nagar at Azad Surgical Works. Our building is more of a workshop than an office. Most of the floor space is taken up by machines for grinding, cutting, and polishing metal. It is a noisy environment, especially when we have a big order to finish. We all wear aprons and heavy boots because the work is quite rough. There is always a fine layer of dust on the windows, no matter how much we clean them. We focus on making surgical tools, which means we have to be very precise with our hands. It isn't a high-tech automated factory; it’s mostly us working with the machines. We’ve been in Bhargav Nagar for a long time, and the neighborhood is familiar with our daily schedule. In the morning, the first thing we do is oil the equipment and check the production list. The office part is just a small desk near the front door where we keep the invoices and the phone. We don't have a sales team or any fancy brochures. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve used our tools before. Packing the finished products is a big job at the end of every week. We use a lot of bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to make sure nothing gets damaged. It’s hard, physical work, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s tasks.
