We are at Shop Number 4 in the Basant Complex here in Jalandhar. It’s a fairly central location, so it’s not too hard for people to find us. The complex has been around for a while, and we’ve occupied this small corner for some time now. We deal with various items and keep them stored in the back and on the shelves in the front. It’s not a very fancy place; we just have some basic racks and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the courier guys come by and leave bundles in the middle of the floor, so it gets a bit cluttered until we sort through them. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who take turns managing the shop and looking after the inventory. Jalandhar weather can be quite extreme, so we spend a lot of time either trying to stay cool or keeping the draft out during the winter. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. Most people who come here have been doing business with us for years. We aren't really into modern marketing or social media stuff. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It’s a practical way of running things and it seems to work for us so far.
