Our office is in the Alfa Estate Building, specifically room 205 on the first floor. We are right on G T Road, which is always packed with cars and people. Being near the UK Embassy means we see a lot of people coming and going for different reasons. It is a good location for a travel planning business because we are right where the action is. Inside, it is a bit calmer than the street outside. We have our desks set up and some maps on the wall that have seen better days. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in Jalandhar. We just want to have a place where people can sit down and talk about where they need to go. Planning a trip can be a headache with all the rules and dates, so we just try to make it a bit easier. We use the same computers we have had for a couple of years and they work well enough for what we need. It is mostly just a few of us here. We don't have a big marketing budget or a script for when we talk to you. We just listen and see what we can do. Some days are slow and others we can barely keep up with the phone ringing.
