Ag International

Our business, Ag International, is located at 197 Urban Estate Phase-i. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s not like those big industrial parks you see elsewhere. Working out of Phase-i gives us a bit more of a relaxed atmosphere, though we stay plenty busy. The building at 197 is where all the decisions happen and where we keep our records. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to the business. It’s not very formal. You might see a bicycle parked out front or someone’s lunch on a desk. We like it that way. It’s less pressure than being in a downtown skyscraper. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't mind the occasional delivery truck. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. Urban Estate is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us without getting lost in heavy traffic. We keep things pretty low-key. No big banners or flashy lights on the exterior. Just a small sign so people know they’re at the right place. It’s a humble operation, really. We focus on the tasks at hand and don’t worry about looking like a giant company. We just want to do the work and go home at the end of the day. That's it.
