We are located at shop number 1, right at the corner of Shehnai Palace Road and Ashok Nagar Chowk in Tagore Nagar. If you know where Ghai Bakers is, we are right across from them. It’s a good spot in Jalandhar because there’s always people around getting snacks or running errands. Our office is a small shop that’s been here for some time now. We do all sorts of travel things, hence the name A2Z. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs or anything like that. It’s just a regular shop where we do our work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the screen. It can get a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we manage to get through it. Being near Ashok Nagar Chowk means there’s a lot of traffic noise, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We like being part of the local community here. Most of our customers are from Tagore Nagar or the surrounding neighborhoods. We aren't doing any big advertising campaigns. We just rely on people seeing our shop and coming in. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure every ticket we book is handled right. Sometimes we might forget to offer you water right away, but we’re always happy to see a familiar face come through the door.
