Maloo Stones

The Shilpgram RIICO Industrial Area is where you will find us, specifically at plot B-3. It is an area where people are serious about stone. The air always smells a bit like wet rock and dust. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, and it has a very practical feel to it. There aren't any fancy signs or big displays. We just have the stone out in the open where you can see it. The yard is the main part of the business, and that is where we spend most of our time, rain or shine. When it gets hot, we usually retreat into the small shade of the office for a bit of water. It is a quiet kind of place compared to the city center, but there is always the sound of a truck or a loader somewhere in the distance. We keep things pretty simple here at Maloo Stones. We don't spend money on advertising or big campaigns. People know we are here in the industrial area and they come by when they need something sturdy for their building projects. The ground is uneven and there’s always a bit of mud if it rained the night before, but that’s just part of the job. We are just local people working with what we know, which is the stone stacked up in our yard. We keep an old radio playing in the corner of the office, mostly just for some background noise while we're going through the daily paperwork.
