We operate out of the Hotel Sohandeep Complex on Fort Road, right in the Dhibba Para area. It’s an interesting place to work because of all the history around the fort. Sohandeep Buildcon Llp is a small team and we’ve been working together for a long time. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people talking about the latest project. Being near Fort Road means there’s always people moving around. We do construction and building work, mostly local stuff. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordinating with different trades. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. We’d rather be out at the site seeing how the concrete is setting. Sometimes the narrow streets around Dhibba Para make it hard to get equipment in, but we’ve figured out the tricks over the years. It’s a local business run by local people. We care about the buildings we put up because we have to see them every day when we walk to work. There’s a certain pride in that, even if we don't talk about it much. We just show up, do the hours, and head home. That’s the rhythm of our lives here. We just try to stay honest and keep moving forward. The fort is always there in the background, reminding us that good work lasts and that we should keep trying.
