We are located up on the 3rd floor of Sabu Tower. If you know Chopasni Road, you know it gets quite busy during the middle of the day. Our office is at number 302. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. We handle a lot of different property stuff here. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the road, but we spend most of our time looking at floor plans or talking on the phone. India Bulls Real Estate has been in this building for a while. We are not the only ones here, as Sabu Tower has a lot of businesses, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallway. We do not go for anything too fancy. Just a workspace where we can organize our documents and meet clients. Some people find us through the sign outside, while others just know we are here. Jodhpur can be very hot, so the AC is usually running pretty hard. We deal with all sorts of property inquiries. Sometimes things move fast, and other times we are waiting on signatures for weeks. It is just the nature of the job. We try to keep things straightforward and do not like making things more complicated than they need to be. It is just a regular office on Chopasni Road.
