Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd

You can find us on the second floor of Ansal Royal Plaza, which is right on High Court Road. It’s a busy area because of the courts, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people in suits walking around outside. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, focusing on the infrastructure and property side of the Ansal business. The office has a lot of windows, so we get to see the chaos of the road all day. Inside, we keep things pretty low-key. We have our desks, our filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets used way too much. We deal with a lot of different people, from lawyers to families looking for a new home. It’s a lot of explaining how the infrastructure is going to look once it’s finished and showing people maps of upcoming projects. We don’t have any slick presentations or videos. We just use the paper maps and our own knowledge of the area to help people understand what they’re getting into. Sometimes the lift in the plaza is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the heart I suppose. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere because moving or investing in property is stressful for everyone involved. We’re just regular people working a job and trying to make sure the details are right so nobody gets a surprise later. It is a lot of back and forth with the paperwork, but we have been doing it long enough to not let it get to us.
