Y G Technologies is based out of Bani Park on Devi Marg, at AD/5B. We’ve been operating from this residential-cum-commercial area for some time now. It’s a bit more peaceful here than the main markets, which is nice when you have to focus. We handle various tech-related things, mostly helping people with their computers and networking issues. It's not a big company with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us who know our way around hardware and software. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and troubleshooting problems that would drive most people crazy. Our office is set up simply with enough benches for the equipment we are working on. We get a mix of local residents and small businesses from around Bani Park coming to us. Sometimes we have to go out on site to fix things at their offices if the problem is with the wiring. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon; we just try to explain what’s wrong in plain English. The building on Devi Marg is easy to find if you are looking for the AD/5B sign. We focus on getting the job done right so the customer doesn't have to keep coming back for the same issue. It’s a quiet life, mostly filled with the hum of cooling fans and the sound of typing. We keep the office tidy and the coffee pot full because the work can take long hours. It’s a steady business.
