Xtream Ideas is located at 53, Saraswati Vihar in the Jhotware area. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which we quite like. We have been working from this address for a good amount of time. The office is just a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a few computers. We do creative work, but we don't act like those high-end agencies you see on TV. We are just a small team of people trying to come up with decent ideas for our clients. Jhotware is a busy place with a lot of small businesses, so we feel right at home here. Our office at number 53 is usually cluttered with notebooks, empty tea cups, and scraps of paper. We don't have a polished corporate culture. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Sometimes we get stuck on a project and spend all afternoon just staring at the walls, but eventually, something clicks. We don't have a fancy dress code or strict rules about when people have to be at their desks. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or others who have heard about us through a friend. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Saraswati Vihar is a nice place to be, and we are happy to keep things small and simple here.
