Waplia Digital Solutions Private Limited is situated at Plot Number 1, Flat F3 on the first floor. This is the place of Akhil Kumar’s wife in Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302022. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re in, it’s a pretty standard workspace. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a fancy reception area. It’s just a flat that we’ve turned into an office so we can focus on our digital projects. The neighborhood is typical for this part of Jaipur, with plenty of houses and people going about their business. We like the setup because it feels more like a home than a cold office building. We aren't here to use marketing speak or try to sound like a multinational company. We are just a small team working out of a first-floor apartment. There’s usually someone making tea in the kitchen and someone else staring at a monitor in the living room area. It’s how we’ve always done things. Sentence structures might be a bit messy when we talk, but we get the point across. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to do for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky, and other times we leave early to avoid the Jaipur traffic. It’s just a normal, everyday job for us here at Waplia.
