W3Care Technologiesprivate Limited is located in the Pratap Nagar area of Jaipur. Specifically, we are in Sector 11, at number 263/845, which is near Sector 26. Pratap Nagar is quite a way out from the main city center, so it’s a bit quieter and has more space than the crowded markets like Johri Bazaar. The office is a practical workspace where we spend our eight or nine hours every day. It’s a simple building that fits right into the neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls or modern art in the lobby. It’s just a place with good internet and enough chairs for the team. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there’s a familiar feel to the place. We usually deal with the heat by keeping the fans or the AC going, and someone is always going out to get some snacks in the afternoon. It is an honest day's work for us here. The commute can be long for those living on the other side of Jaipur, but we’ve made this sector our home. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really do the corporate thing with long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just look at what needs to be finished and we try to finish it before it gets too late in the evening. It’s a good group of people and we just try to keep things moving.
