We set up shop at C-104 in Rana Colony, which is over in the Nahari Ka Naka area of Shastri Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street, mostly houses and small businesses like ours. We work on IT stuff, so our space is mostly filled with hardware, monitors, and various cables running across the floor. It’s the kind of place where things are always being taken apart or put back together. We’ve been here for a while and most of the people living nearby know us as the guys who deal with computers. If a printer stops working or a network goes down, people usually walk over to see if we can take a look. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s not a corporate office by any means. It’s more like a workshop where we spend our hours troubleshooting and fixing things. We like being in Shastri Nagar because it’s a good community. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a lot of repairs coming in at once, but we manage to keep track of it all. We don't do much in terms of advertising; we just rely on people coming back when they have another issue. It’s a simple business model, but it’s worked for us so far. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. It feels right to be local.
