Fighter Longi Mirch

Our office is in Balaji Tower, which is in Sector 5 of Vidyadhar Nagar. We are located on the first floor, so it is easy to get to without waiting for the lift. The business is called Fighter Longi Mirch, and we focus on the trade of dried chilies. You can often smell the spice in the air when you are near our door. We spend a lot of time talking to the suppliers and checking the quality of the longi mirch that comes in. The office has a few simple desks and some samples of the chilies on the shelves. It is a basic operation and we do not have any corporate stuff going on. We have been in Vidyadhar Nagar for many years and we know a lot of the other people who work in the tower. Sometimes the hallway gets blocked with bags of chilies, but we try to keep it clear. We use paper ledgers and pens to keep track of all our orders and the prices. It is a bit of an old way of doing things, but it works fine for us. When it is very hot in the summer, we keep the fans on full blast and stay inside as much as possible. We are just a local business doing what we have always done, which is getting the right chilies to the people who need them.
