Ventus Softech Private Limited

Our office for Ventus Softech Private Limited is out on Kalwar Road, specifically at Balaji Sagar-15, in the Hathoj area of Jaipur. We are in flat F-3. It’s a bit away from the main hustle of the city, which makes it a quieter place to work. The building is a regular residential-style block. We chose this spot because it's easier to reach for some of us and the rent isn't as high as the city center. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have our desks set up in the rooms and wires running across the floor sometimes. It feels more like a workshop than a formal office. Hathoj has changed a lot since we first came here. There are so many more houses and shops now. We usually get our lunch from a small place nearby or bring it from home. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the technical work every day. The atmosphere is very casual. We wear our normal clothes and talk to each other across the desks. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the dust from the road gets inside, but we manage. We don't spend time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We just do the work that comes our way. It’s a practical setup that works for a small team like ours. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten used to the pace of life on Kalwar Road.
