Veer Hanuman Bricks

We are Veer Hanuman Bricks, located at No.12, Ambedkar Nagar, near Imliwala Phatak. It’s a busy part of the area, and we are right in the middle of it. Making bricks is what we do, and it’s been that way for as long as I can remember. The work involves a lot of clay, water, and heat. You can always tell who works here because of the red dust on their clothes and the dirt under their nails. We don't have any fancy machinery; it's mostly manual work, shaping the bricks and letting them sit out to dry. The weather is our biggest boss. If it rains, we have to stop everything. If it's hot, we work through it and drink a lot of water. We have a small team, mostly people from the local neighborhood who have been doing this kind of work since they were young. We don't have a mission statement or any of that talk you hear from big companies. We just show up, make the bricks, and hope the kiln stays at the right temperature through the night. Sometimes the batches aren't perfect, but we do our best with what we have in the yard. People know us at Imliwala Phatak because we’ve been here so long. It’s a noisy, dusty, and honest way to make a living. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just provide bricks to whoever needs them, and that is enough for us. It’s hard on the back, but it's what we know.
