If you head down Tonk Road toward Bagaru, you will find us at 260-A in Vasundhara Colony. We are Jaipuriya Flyash Bricks Udhyog. It is a bit of a dusty place, as you might expect with making bricks all day. Flyash is a different kind of material to work with compared to clay, and we have been at it for a while now. The machines run for most of the daylight hours, pressing the grey mixture into solid shapes. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together long enough that we do not even need to say much to get the job done. The yard gets crowded when the finished bricks are stacked up high waiting to be moved out. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do to earn a living. The weather in Bagaru can be tough, but the work does not stop for a little heat. We spend a lot of time checking the batches. Sometimes the mix is a bit off, so we have to stop and fix it. We do not have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just the shed and the storage area. People driving along Tonk Road see the stacks of grey bricks from the gate. We just try to keep up with the orders coming in from the nearby building sites. It is a lot of manual labor, loading the trucks and keeping the site tidy.
