Varun Pharma

You will find Varun Pharma on the first floor of Duni House. We are right in the middle of Film Colony in Nehru Bazar. It is a very crowded part of town, always full of people looking for something. The stairs up to our office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step if you are carrying a heavy bag. Down below, the street noise never really stops. You hear scooters honking and vendors calling out all day long. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos, but it is mostly just roofs and wires. The office itself is one of those older rooms with high ceilings. We have desks pushed against the walls to make room for the crates. It gets quite stuffy in the afternoon, so we leave the door open to get some air from the hallway. There is a lot of history in this building, you can see it in the old floor tiles. People come in and out all day, mostly regulars who know the way up. We don't have a receptionist. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door says hello. We keep the files in big metal cabinets that have been there since the start. It is a busy place, but we manage to keep things organized. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at the main table. We share whatever we have, which is nice. It’s a bit cramped, but it feels right for us.
