We’ve been here at 20-A in the Sudershanpura Industrial Area for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot, always noisy with trucks and people moving around. Most days start early, around 8 or 9, when the heat isn't too bad yet. We do pharmaceutical stuff, mostly focusing on getting the mixtures right and making sure the machines are running. It isn’t glamorous work. The floor gets dusty, and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks in the back office. We have a small team, mostly local folks who know the area well. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that works all the time, but the work gets done. People usually find us by looking for the big gate near the bend in the road. It’s a practical place. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are labeled. Sometimes it feels like we’re just another building in this industrial zone, but there’s a lot going on inside these walls. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone carrying crates or staring at a computer screen trying to figure out a delivery schedule. That’s just how it is here. No one wears suits unless there’s a big meeting, which doesn’t happen too often. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the meds.
